Great service and range, top quality products. Definitely recommend this store also for upgrades and custom builds. I just had 3 blasters fully upgraded with all the top quality parts and I couldn’t be happier. Being able to watch one of my builds on a live stream was another great experience Azraels Armoury was able to provide. Giving me a better understanding just how much actually goes into these upgrades and the quality of their work.

Solid AEG tech work n sell quality products. Only complaints are very long turn over time for custom builds which is understandable with the amount of blasters they get in and also having to call up to know when your blaster is ready. Otherwise they have one of if not the most experienced tech in the business.

Purchased from here many times, staff are extremely knowledgeable on the products and services they sell. Best gel tech work in Australia and they contribute the most R&D into the hobby for any store. Absolutely no reason not to go through Azraels Armoury for gel related advice and purchases.

Requested on two appointments to have a call when they had a look into my gun so that I could discuss options with a tech, get a quote, etc. no call, forgot to install a part I requested, and just send a bill to your email and don’t phone you to let you know it’s ready. Second time in for diagnosis ask specifically for a call again, nothing, just a bill to say they are finished sent to my email, made unrequested changes based on comments I made at initial appointment, replaced and charged me for a trigger that I have brand new they removed on the first job. Also I was hoping that at second diagnosis if it had to be opened up I would have had them install gears like my initial request or other parts I was thinking about, button trigger, etc. Good turnaround time guys but it feels like you are all rushing through it. I’d rather be charged more and be treated better. Also I’d recommend hiring someone to deal with customers. Spent $1000+ so far here but it looks like I might have to consider other shops. -Taylor

Simply the best.... scythe gear box is incredible. . Very fast build and installed constant comunication phone calls and msgs answered every question with in minutes..... even sent videos of build ... very friendly and helpful on advice they set me on the right path n so glad they did... Thanks guys... very happy customer

My experience with Azraels Armoury has been exceptionally good on many fronts. Ordering, customer service, prompt delivery, products arriving in perfect condition. Then using the Chat function on the website, I can't recall who was replying to me, but the amount of knowledgeable information supplied was above and beyond my enquiry, and very welcomed as I took it on board with my build. Finally communication on the Facebook pages is top-notch with speedy replies and accurate information from Brent. A long winded review to say awesome company, excellent communication backed up with excellent service and products. Highly recommend these guys, happy +++
